Delivery & Returns

Delivery in the UK

Orders under £20 – For UK orders under £20 we charge a flat delivery charge of £2.50. We aim to post orders within 1 - 3 working days. We generally use Royal Mail first class post and delivery is within 1-2 working days. However, bulkier items such as large parcels of batting may be shipped by courier and can take 3-5 working days.

Orders over £20 – For UK orders over £20 delivery is free. We generally use Royal Mail second class post and delivery is within 2-3 working days. Please note we may send bulkier orders by second class post or courier so it can take 3 – 5 days for delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: Royal Mail delivery times are an estimate and are not guaranteed. Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost until 10 working days (2 weeks) after the expected date of delivery. If your parcel gets lost in the post we will work with you to resolve the situation but we will ask you to wait until the parcel is considered lost before reshipping except in exceptional circumstances. If your parcel has not arrived please look around in the bins, sheds, and wherever your parcels are normally left and contact your local sorting office to see if they have any parcels waiting for you as they do not always leave a notification.
